Although the type of personal information we collect will depend on your interaction or relationship with Seiwa, personal information we typically collect and store when you register and create a profile on a Site, includes your name, postal address, telephone number(s), and email address. As a visitor to the Seiwa website, you can engage in limited activities without providing any personal information. In connection with other activities, such as registering on the Site or purchasing merchandise, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your first and last name, mailing address, email address, telephone and facsimile numbers and if you transact business with Seiwa, financial information such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information). If you purchase a merchandise for a friend, family member, or others, Seiwa will collect from you and store in our system the name, address, telephone number and email address for the recipient of the merchandise. By providing others’ information, you represent that you are authorized to provide all such information to Seiwa for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We may monitor and record telephone calls, through which we may capture your personal information, for quality assurance, training, compliance, and security purposes. You will be notified whether the call is being recorded at the start of the call, and we will obtain your consent where required by law to record the call.

Our Site is not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we are notified or discover that an individual under the age of 16 has submitted personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

At this time, we do not respond to browser “do not track” signals, as we await the work of interested stakeholders and others to develop standards for how such signals should be interpreted. Third parties, including our service providers, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, including when you visit our Sites.
