Although it is a name for tempura, it is convenient for making sweets too!
Sweet sweet potato and sweet caramel sauce, sweet nuts match well.

|Honey 2 tablespoons (30g/1.05oz)|
|Fresh cream · · · 2 tablespoons (30 g)|
|Caramel · · · 50g/1.76oz|
|Sugar · · · 100g/3.52oz|
|Water · · · 100ml/3.52foz|
|Your choice of nuts ... appropriate amount|
- Place the sweet potato in a heat resistant container, heat it for about 5 minutes in a microwave oven (500 W), take coarse heat, add honey, cream and mix.
- Put caramel, sugar and water in a frying pan and heat it to melt the caramel.
- Serve  in the container, apply the sauce of , sprinkle the crushed favorite nuts and finished.
